Film & Book Club – The Body/Stand By Me

Each month we will take a book that has an interesting film adaptation and spend the evening comparing the two. The ticket price includes a copy of the book (which can be collected from our Abergavenny bookshop once you’ve booked your place) and the film screening.

June’s pick is…The Body by Stephen King – a novella that was adapted into the 1986 coming-of-age film Stand By Me, directed by Rob Reiner.

Please note there is a change of day – ‘film and book club’ will now be on a Tuesday.
